Job Description

Highspring is partnered with a global retail client to identify and hire a skilled Project Manager with proven experience leading technology initiatives in customer loyalty and/or Customer Data Platform (CDP) environments. The ideal candidate excels in fast-paced, high-pressure settings, with a strong background in Agile project management. You will be responsible for driving strategic technology programs, managing tight timelines, and preparing executive-level project plans, updates, and presentations. Core ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of technology projects focused on Loyalty systems, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and customer engagement initiatives.Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical leads to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics.Create executive-ready project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and status updates to communicate timelines, risks, budgets, and key milestones.Manage project execution within tight deadlines and high-pressure environments while maintaining quality and stakeholder satisfaction.Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe) to lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.Drive requirement gathering sessions and ensure business needs are clearly translated into technical and functional specifications.Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues; implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.Facilitate communication across internal teams, vendors, and executive leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.Support change management activities including stakeholder communications, training coordination, and adoption strategies.Conduct post-project reviews and implement continuous improvement practices.Detail-oriented, organized, accountable, and solution-orientedStrong negotiation and problem-solving capabilitiesConfident communicator with executive presencePosition QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.5+ years of Project Management experience in technology initiatives, including Loyalty platforms, CDP, CRM, or customer engagement solutions.Strong experience working in Agile environments with proven ability to manage sprint cycles and collaborate across cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage projects under tight deadlines and high-pressure program conditions.Experience preparing and presenting comprehensive executive-level project plans, timelines, budgets, and status dashboards.Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana, or Microsoft Project.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certification preferred.Why Join UsOpportunity to work on high-impact customer-centric technology programsDynamic and collaborative environment with visibility to executive leadershipProfessional growth opportunities and cutting-edge technology exposure
