The Technology Readiness Manager would support 1-3 school assessment contracts.The Technology Readiness Manager (TRM) is… accountable for E2E readiness, covering data, communications, and system setup. Acting as vital piece between technical teams and Program Delivery, TRMs ensure each program is accurately configured. Their involvement helps drive the smooth and timely execution of all technology dependent activities.Delivery Lead Roles are responsible for the backlog and fulfilment of work, measuring maturity, and continuous improvement. Involved in the day-to-day management of work and alignment to standard processes and common practices.Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting and reviewing project schedulesCreating and monitoring workflow JIRAS for product and project groupsCapturing, reviewing, and approving requirementsConfiguration of ADAM and LaunchPadCompleting production readinessTechnology escalationTechnology financial forecastingPrimary contact for Technology related issues or questionsCustomer Facing – Revenue generatingApplications will be accepted through October 31, 2025. This window may be extended depending on business needs.Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location.
