We are seeking a dynamic Sales Leader to drive growth across our portfolio of AI-enabled and technology platforms. You will be selling high-value software and technology solutions that enhance efficiency, automation, and decision-making across multiple industries. This is a hands-on sales leadership role where you’ll define the strategy, lead execution, and take direct ownership of new business growth. You’ll thrive here if you’re resourceful, adaptable, and confident selling on value and results.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a go-to-market strategy focused on acquiring and expanding mid-market clients for AI-enabled and tech-driven software solutions.Identify, engage, and close new business through direct prospecting, networking, and relationship-based selling.Lead the full sales cycle independently from pipeline generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.Build trusted relationships with client decision-makers by understanding their pain points and crafting tailored technology solutions that drive measurable outcomes.Collaborate with internal teams across delivery, product, and marketing to ensure client needs are met and deals transition smoothly into implementation.Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technology opportunities to inform strategy.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to expand market presence and credibility.Track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring accountability to revenue goals.Actively contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture- hands-on, entrepreneurial, and focused on outcomes.Experience and Qualifications8–12 years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a strong record of closing mid-market deals in technology, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation.Proven success prospecting, cold-calling, and building a pipeline from the ground up- not reliant on brand recognition or existing accounts.Understanding of AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise tech and how they create value for business operations.Experience navigating and selling into mid-sized organizations with complex but agile buying processes.Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts for non-technical audiences.Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a growing, multi-entity business environment.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry engagement.
