Job Title: Senior Director for Technology & Transformation (GBS)OverviewWe are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead the technology enablement and transformation agenda within a Global Business Services (GBS) environment.This role is pivotal in shaping the digital roadmap, driving enterprise-wide efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration of technology and processes across multiple functions and business entities.Key Responsibilities Technology Enablement & IntegrationLead the rollout and integration of technology platforms across multiple operating companies and shared service functions.Partner closely with business and functional leaders to ensure smooth system onboarding, process alignment, and effective adoption of digital tools.Oversee system architecture, cybersecurity compliance, and adherence to corporate technology standards. Process Excellence & Digital TransformationIdentify and execute opportunities for automation, process simplification, and technology-led optimization.Drive continuous improvement programs to strengthen productivity, service delivery, and business agility.Champion the adoption of emerging technologies to ensure the GBS organization remains future-ready and competitive. Technology Strategy & GovernanceDefine and maintain a long-term digital roadmap aligned with GBS strategic goals and enterprise priorities.Establish governance models to ensure operational sustainability, scalability, and value realization from transformation initiatives.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the business impact of digital programs. Stakeholder Collaboration & Change LeadershipAct as a strategic partner to functions such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and IT to co-create digital solutions that enhance business outcomes.Lead change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption of new ways of working.Provide executive-level updates on project milestones, risks, and transformation progress. Leadership & Talent DevelopmentBuild and lead a team of professionals specializing in business transformation, technology enablement, and digital operations.Drive capability-building programs to cultivate internal expertise in data analytics, automation, and next-generation technologies.
