Job Description

As part of our ongoing growth in the Southeast Europe (SEE) region, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our expanding operations. Based in Zagreb, Croatia, the HRBP will serve as a key partner to managers and employees in the Region (with a focus on Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria), providing strategic and hands-on HR support in areas such as employee relations, organizational development, performance management, and talent initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to shape and influence our regional HR practices while working in a collaborative international environment.

Main Responsibilities: Supporting Hiring Managers in recruitment processes Support employee life cycle management process such as onboarding, termination, personal data changes, promotions etc. Handling non-wage employee benefits in regionPreparing input for monthly payroll for external provider and check and approve the calculations.

Initiating and implementing employee development projects Planning and organizing training (including language learning, co-designing the scope of managerial training etc) Workday administration (performs data entry) and supporting employees in its use;Ongoing support to employees and managers on employee issues Roll out of company HR policies and processes in the Region;Supporting Regional HR Director on projects as needed. Skills/Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years of experience in HR BP roleCommunicative English is a mustKnowledge of labor law provisionsKnowledge of ExcelExperience in Workday will be an advantageIndependence in action and a proactive attitudeAbility to set priorities and organize work in the busy environment
