, Sage 200, POS, SMS gateways)Provide technical support to customers, acting as their primary technical contactLead UAT, documentation, and internal QA reviewsClosely work with RetailMax support team to make sure implementation and support is done on time🧠 What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Business Analyst, or System Architect2+ years of experience in a technical product implementation and system support roleStrong understanding of enterprise systems, MSSQL databases, Windows server environments and Cloud server setupsExperience with Windows Server Administration, MSSQL Server Administration, and network configuration.
Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management and retail operationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and technical documentation skillsAble to work hands-on with customer IT teams, developers, and QA – from kickoff to go-live➕ Nice-to-HaveExperience with Sage 200 Evolution or similar ERP Systems, POS systems, or warehouse management tools. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Trello, Notion, or Confluence. Ability to read system logs, SQL queries, or trace issues across components (no coding required). Prior exposure to AI/ML-based forecasting or BI dashboards is a plus.
