该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述: 1、任职资格:依据公司组织架构,梳理各部门、岗位职责、对岗位进行分层、分类管理,对关键岗位进行识别,并根据岗位性质进行价值评估,出具岗位职级图谱。 2、人才盘点:根据年度人才规划,制定人才盘点计划,对人才数量和质量进行全方位盘点,并出具盘点报告。 3、人才发展:根据公司人才战略规划,做好人才梯队建设:高潜人才培养与干部梯队建设等。 4、干部管理:以业绩为导向,建立“能上能下”的干部管理体制,加强干部选、用、育、留,充分发挥干部能动性。 5、上级领导安排的岗位其他相关工作。 任职要求: 1、全日制统招本科及以上学历,五年及以上大中型企业相关岗位经验。 2、具有一定的团队管理经验,具有良好的职业化素养。 3、具备优秀的组织、协调、沟通和执行能力。 4、具备良好的文字功底,责任感强,思路清晰。
