About The RoleWe're looking for a user-centred UX Designer to lead the experience design across our suite of B2B platforms - including self-service portals, reporting dashboards, and operational tools used by venues, promoters, and internal teams. This role is critical in ensuring our enterprise clients, venue partners, promoters, and internal operational teams have intuitive, efficient, and frictionless digital tools. You'll be part of a growing Digital Experience team focused on designing intuitive, efficient, and scalable experiences for high-impact, data-rich environments.
You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to simplify complexity and ensure our enterprise users can access the right tools, insights, and workflows when they need them.
RequirementsWhat does a day in the life look like?Designing user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes for B2B tools and dashboardsCollaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain pointsDriving UX strategy for self-service and reporting platformsWorking with developers and analysts to ensure feasibility and implementationApplying UX best practices to improve usability, accessibility, and flowAbout You3+ years of UX experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise SaaS toolsComfortable designing for data-heavy platforms, dashboards, and workflowsStrong in interaction design, information architecture, and stakeholder engagementConfident using Figma or equivalent toolsBonus:
