About The RoleWe're hiring a UX Designer (Fan Experience) to design digital fan journeys end to end within our Ovation pillar. This role will form part of our Digital Customer Experience (DCX) team to help us reimagine the fan journey across our web, app, and AI-powered platforms. In this role, you'll focus on translating fan needs and business goals into seamless digital experiences across our web, app, and AI-driven discovery surfaces.
Working within a growing, cross-functional team, you'll partner closely with researchers, analysts, product managers, and fellow designers to define and optimise key flows that elevate every stage of the fan experience. This is a hands-on, mid-level role ideal for a strong UX practitioner who thrives in collaborative environments and brings a clear design process to complex problems. While visual polish is important, your core strength will be in journey mapping, interaction design, wireframes, and prototyping.
