About The RoleWe're looking for a creative, strategic, and user-focused UX/UI Designer to help shape the future of live entertainment experiences. This hybrid role will sit at the intersection of design, technology, and human behaviour - driving both the structure and the style of our digital products across web, mobile app, and AI-led fan discovery experiences. As part of our growing Digital Experience team, you'll be responsible for delivering best-in-class user journeys and visually compelling interfaces, working closely with researchers, analysts, product owners, developers and marketers.
This is a hands-on role that requires a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, a passion for solving real-world fan problems, and the visual skills to bring these solutions to life. RequirementsWhat does a day in the life look like? Map user journeys and design intuitive user flows that support key fan goals (e. g.
discovery, ticket purchase, sharing, post-event content) Translate complex problems into simple, elegant wireframes and prototypes Collaborate with the Digital Analyst and UX Researcher to test and iterate designs Translate UX concepts into high-fidelity mockups and pixel-perfect screens Apply brand guidelines creatively to craft delightful visual experiences Contribute to and evolve our digital design system for consistency across platforms About You 3-5+ years experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Product Designer in a digital-first environment Proficiency with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (and love for rapid prototyping) Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX process and UI execution Comfortable working from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity visuals Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles Curious, empathetic, and fan-obsessed — always seeking to make the user journey smoother and smarter Experience in ticketing, entertainment, ecommerce or mobile apps a plus BenefitsHere's a taste of what Ticketek offers:
