Expected qualification, requirements and desired characteristics from candidates are as below: Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities (Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, etc. ).

Fast in action with detailed technical review and good documentation. Strong team work and communication skills, eager to learn continuously. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office. Desired Qualifications: Knowledge on coating processes and materials used in Aviation or Automotive Industry such as painting, plating, anodizing, etc. Familiarity with environmental regulations(REACh, EPA, Stockholm Convention, etc. ). Experience on using project management tools and process/product development approaches such as TRL/MRL. Proven self-starter and independent worker who can work with cross-functional teams. Complete engineering assessments for GE Aerospace designed hardware to evaluate impacts coming from regulations and/or material obsolescence. Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with Engineering policies and procedures. Communicate and present technical results, project status, business issues, and significant developments to project manager. Develop and implement the plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules, and contract commitments. Create action plans to anticipate and respond to problems.
