Position Title: Deskside Technician – End User ComputingLocation: Onsite | Full-timeWe are seeking an experienced Deskside Technician – End User Computing to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional onsite technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of end-user computing devices and peripherals to ensure seamless business operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide onsite operational and technical support to authorized users, meeting defined SLAs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Install, upgrade, and repair EUC equipment, including desktops, laptops, and monitors. Support network connectivity for printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Deliver VIP support for critical desktop and mobile devices, video systems, docking stations, and communication tools. Configure and manage printer queues, hardware components, and mobile computing platforms. Provide accurate and timely feedback to internal teams on customer requirements. Track and report issues through problem management databases and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in end-user computing support. Strong knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT) and data backup/recovery tools (USMT). Expertise in installing, upgrading, and migrating Windows 7/10 environments in large enterprises. Skilled in hardware/application configuration, network connectivity, and mobile computing.
Experience with backup and recovery configuration and system monitoring.
