💼 Job Opportunity: L2 Desk Side Support Engineer – Trondheim, Norway📍 Location: Bromstadvegen 59, 7047 Trondheim, Norway 📅 Start Date: 15th August 2025 ⏳ Duration: 1 Year (Full-time, Onsite) 💰 Budget: €3,700/monthWe are looking for a skilled Desk Side Support Engineer to join our client’s team in Trondheim, providing high-quality IT support directly from the customer’s office. Responsibilities: Provide desk-side IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting). Assist end-users with technical issues and requests. Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance on IT equipment. Document incidents, requests, and solutions accurately. Collaborate with remote support teams for escalations. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in IT support (L2 level).

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking. Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language is a plus).
