Responsibilities: Provide desk-side IT support (hardware, software, and network troubleshooting). Assist end-users with technical issues and requests. Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance on IT equipment. Document incidents, requests, and solutions accurately. Collaborate with remote support teams for escalations. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in IT support (L2 level).
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking. Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian language is a plus).
