ResponsibilitiesSupervise preventive maintenance contractors for HVAC, CCTV, Pest Control, backup systems, fire suppression, water treatment, generator, special surface treatments (wood, concrete, bronze), carpentry, plumbing, and othersOversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and machinery used within the hospitality establishment, such as laundry machines, kitchen appliances, elevators, and moreRespond promptly and efficiently to emergency maintenance situations, resolving issues to minimize disruption and ensure guest satisfactionInteract with guests professionally, addressing their maintenance-related concerns or requests promptly and ensuring a positive guest experienceCarry out weekly inspections and audits of all essential electro-mechanic components to maintain the hospitality operation up to standardSupport the local hospitality manager in the preparation of the annual operations budget for the buildingsUse root cause analysis (RCA) to understand the most likely cause for a specific failure and implement processes and procedures to avoid recurrence.
Prepare an RCA report for each incidentCoordinate in a timely manner solutions for daily service requests including maintenance, and cleaningSupervise ongoing contracts such as cleaning, housekeeping, and gardeningPerform scheduled and/or unscheduled preventative or routine maintenance tasks at an assigned location(s)Ensure lifts, air conditioners, heating equipment, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment remain in perfect working condition all the time and report any deficiency in a timely mannerHave in-depth knowledge of variable refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC systems, intelligent lighting management systems, water treatment systems, and IT high-end equipmentQualificationsElectrician / HVAC technician diploma (preferred) or combination of education and experience (preferred)Must have a minimum of 10 years of maintenance support experience and proven technical knowledge in supporting building electro-mechanic systemsExcellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issuesExcellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot and diagnose maintenance issuesFlexibility to work during off-hours and weekends as required for emergency repairs or special projectsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagramsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, guests, and vendors effectively
