Weâre looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Stockholm office and play a key role in delivering IT services and solutions to our clients in Sweden and across the EMEA region. đ§ About the RoleAs a Delivery Lead, youâll be responsible for managing one or more IT projects or engagements at a time. Youâll be the operational lead for consultant management, project delivery, and client satisfaction.
This role requires a balance of people leadership, process oversight, and problem-solving. Youâll work closely with Account Managers, Talent Delivery, and Solutions teams to ensure weâre delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
đ§© Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Service DeliveryLead the delivery of IT services and projects across client engagementsEnsure alignment with Statements of Work (SoWs), project scope, and client expectationsTrack project performance, financials, and consultant activityConduct regular project health checks and business reviews (MBRs/QBRs)Manage risk, scope changes, and issue resolutionEnsure consultants are onboarded/offboarded smoothly and timekeeping is accurateMaintain project documentation, reporting, and complianceClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for delivery-related mattersBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersSupport account strategy and identify opportunities for growthEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and referenceabilityCollaborate with Sales and Solutions teams to support new businessTeam & Resource ManagementSupport consultants throughout their engagement lifecycleTrack performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues when neededEnsure HR policies and procedures are communicated and followedMentor junior delivery team members and contribute to internal initiativesâ RequirementsExperience & Skills2+ years in IT service delivery, project management, or consultingExperience working in Agile and traditional project environmentsStrong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentationsExperience with financial tracking and reportingLanguagesFluent in Swedish and English (German or Spanish is a plus)Certifications (Preferred)Agile, ITIL, or Project Management certifications (e.
