Tele - Account Management

Responsibilities:Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants through regular calls and visits.Encourage merchants to join promotional and marketing campaigns.Monitor merchant performance and provide insights to boost sales growth.Identify and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth daily operations.Support merchants in improving productivity, promo participation, and business performance.Requirements:Experience in sales or marketing, preferably with direct field exposure.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Google Sheets).Proactive, agile, and able to work under pressure and targets.Team player with a fast-learning attitude.
