We are seeking a Tele-Case Manager to join our growing team — a professional who is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives while leveraging technology to deliver remote support.About the RoleAs a Tele-Case Manager, you will manage a caseload of beneficiaries remotely — guiding, motivating, and supporting them through their empowerment journey via phone and digital platforms. You will help individuals overcome barriers, access social and employment services, and build sustainable pathways to independence.You will play a key role in ensuring each beneficiary receives compassionate, high-quality guidance while meeting defined performance and contractual standards.Key Responsibilities Conduct remote assessments, eligibility checks, and motivational interviews. Support beneficiaries in creating tailored action plans aligned with training, employment, and social inclusion goals. Provide digital guidance and technical support through online tools and platforms. Identify employment barriers and refer beneficiaries to appropriate services. Monitor progress, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure accurate documentation in Maximus systems. Collaborate closely with team members, employer services, and NPO partners. Uphold Maximus’s values of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus in all interactions.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForQualifications & Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field. Understanding of case management practices and digital engagement tools. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or ATS systems.Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills. Strong customer service mindset and a compassionate approach. Ability to manage caseloads independently, with resilience and adaptability.
