It is also considered one of the pioneers in teaching and promoting martial arts in Riyadh, and takes pride in shaping a generation that embodies discipline, physical fitness, and sportsmanship.We are looking for a Tele-sales Officer with strong communication and persuasion skills to present and sell the club's services to potential members over the phone, build effective relationships that increase subscription rates, enhance the club's positive image, and ensure a professional communication experience that supports sales targets and contributes to expanding the customer base.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide a clear overview of products or servicesUnderstand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to encourage purchasingAchieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targetsFollow up with interested customers and efficiently close sales dealsAccurately document all data and calls using the Bevatel systemHandle inquiries and objections professionally and persuasivelyPrepare regular reports on the number of calls, acquired opportunities, and closed dealsCollaborate with the sales team to ensure overall target achievementConduct post-sale follow-ups to enhance loyalty and encourage repeat salesRequirementsSaudi nationalityMinimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or customer service (preferably within the sports sector)Strong persuasion, negotiation, and deal-closing skillsAbility to work under pressure and achieve monthly targetsExcellent verbal communication and a professional demeanor when dealing with diverse customer segmentsProficiency in computer use and cloud-based systems (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)Familiarity with call center management systems (Bevatel or similar platforms)Proficiency in English is an added advantageBenefitsWhy Join Us?Opportunity to work at the first and leading martial arts training club in the KingdomFixed monthly salary : SAR 4,500Competitive salary and benefits package with continuous professional development opportunities
