Tele-Sales Supervisor

Suplyd is hiring for Telesales Supervisor:Location: MaadiAbout Suplyd: Suplyd’s telesales team drives customer acquisition and engagement by reaching restaurants and hotels across Egypt. We’re seeking a Telesales Supervisor to lead and coach a growing team, ensuring performance and continuous improvement. What You’ll Do: - Lead and manage telesales agents to achieve targets - Develop scripts, pitches, and training materials to improve conversions - Monitor daily performance and provide coaching and feedback - Analyze telesales data to optimize campaigns and improve efficiency - Collaborate with sales and marketing to align on acquisition strategies - Report on team performance and identify areas for growth What We’re Looking For: - 3–5 years of telesales/sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role - Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams - Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills - Experience with CRM tools and telesales performance metrics - Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed goals - Ability to adapt quickly in a high-growth environmentInterested candidates please send your cv to asmaa.gamal@suplyd.app
