Product Lifecycle & Market ExecutionGovern the end-to-end product lifecycle—from concept to launch—ensuring timely delivery and commercial success across all segments.
Lead go-to-market strategies, ensuring cross-functional readiness and strong market adoption. Drive prioritization of B2B product initiatives across internal stakeholders to accelerate execution and impact. Customer Value & Performance OptimizationOversee in-life product management, ensuring delivery against revenue, margin, and customer KPIs. Build and lead a business intelligence framework to monitor product performance and guide strategic interventions. Drive Enterprise Value Management (EVM) to grow usage revenue, deepen customer engagement, and reduce churn. Commercial Operations & Strategic BidsLead bid management and commercial negotiations, improving win rates and accelerating deal closure. Govern customer and supplier contracts, balancing risk and opportunity to maximize business value.
Digital Transformation & Capability BuildingSpearhead process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Develop and execute capability-building strategies to equip teams with the knowledge and tools to drive product successCore Competencies, Knowledge And ExperienceWorking knowledge of key product lines including but not limited to Mobile, connectivity, cloud, infrastructure, and value-added services and working knowledge of both prepaid and postpaid lifecycle management Strong financial and analytical skills to develop investment analysis, manage P&L, optimize pricing, and use data-driven methods to achieve revenue targets.
Excellent stakeholder management to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and influences senior executives to drive alignment on strategic initiatives. Technical & Professional QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of experience within B2B telecommunications or a closely related industry. 5+ years of experience in a leadership role with demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of B2B telecom products Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing and P&L management.
