Merit-Tutors is looking for Telecell Representative - RemoteJob Description / ResponsibilityAs a Telecell Representative, you will be responsible for following up on inquiries, building relationships with potential clients, and driving sales through effective communication. This role requires excellent sales skills, an ability to sell over the phone, and strong customer service.Location:Remote (Candidates must be based in Bangladesh)Key Responsibilities:Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries related to exams and services.Drive sales by effectively communicating our offerings and converting leads into bookings.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.Educational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsIELTS score of 7.5 or above.Experience RequirementsAt most 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Coaching CenterFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Additional RequirementsProven experience in telecell or sales roles, ideally in a remote capacity.Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to sell over the phone.Must have your own laptop, mobile phone, and high-speed broadband with an IPS.Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Job LocationAnywhere in Bangladesh
