Telecom Deployment Engineer

As a Telecom Deployment Engineer, you will be at the forefront of implementing next-generation network technologies for our clients. You'll work with cutting-edge telecom infrastructure, helping organizations navigate the complex landscape of 5G, cloud integration, and network virtualization.Your RoleDesigning and implementing core network elements including HLR, HSS, AUSF-UDM, SDL, One-NDS, MNP, and EIR to ensure optimal network performance;Integrating SDM solutions and migrating subscriber databases for HLR, HSS, SDL, EIR, and MNP with minimal service disruption;Deploying virtualized network functions (VNFs) using Kubernetes/Docker in cloud environments to enhance network flexibility and scalability;Leading complex technical programs, gathering customer requirements, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client expectations;Troubleshooting call flow issues across 2G/3G/4G/5G networks using specialized tools like Wireshark to ensure seamless connectivity.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field;Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in IP Domain with demonstrated expertise in telecom network deployments;Expert knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks, call flows, and core network elements;Experience in cloud infrastructure, virtualization platforms (VMWare, OpenStack, OpenShift, AWS), and VNF deployments using Kubernetes/Docker;Proficiency in Unix/Linux commands and router/switch configuration for network optimization;Basic scripting expertise in Shell script, PERL, Python, or Ansible for automation initiatives;Strong understanding of HLR, HSS, SDL subscriber profiles and related products;Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and management stakeholders.
