Job Title: Medior Telecom EngineerLanguage: French, EnglishDuration: 01/01/2026- 12/31/2026Location: 1030 Brussels, BelgiumWork Mode: Hybrid (2 or 3 days onsite per week)Work Regime: Full TimeJob Description - Roles and ResponsibilitiesCompany manages, among other things, telephony for some of its beneficiaries.The ecosystem is very dense (+10,000 positions) and varied in the services offered (ranging from call center to nomadic profile).The Medior telecom engineer will be required to integrate into the team and contribute to daily support.He will participate in troubleshooting, optimization, improvement and implementation of Cisco telephony solutions (and associated products).He will also assist senior telecom engineers in the management and implementation of projects.He will be required to guide end users in the provision of telephony services.Good technical popularization skills and change support are mandatory.Mandatory technical skills:1. Cisco Collaboration: CUCM / IM&P / CUC / EXP CESolution administration (lifecycle and update monitoring, system maintenance);Technical configurations (configuration of physical or softphone phones according to company standards, configuration of background elements (CSS/DP/HP/RP/CPG/…).2. Contact center: UCCXSolution administration (basic knowledge of UCCX development);Technical configurations.3. Supervision & Troubleshooting: Diagnosis of faults, resolution of incidents and management of new requests.4.
