Job Description

OBJECTIVES:Implement, operate, monitor Contact center systems, Telecom channels to ensure the system operates stably and effectivelyKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Responsible for operating and monitoring in Contact center system, Telecom channelsConduct troubleshooting and provide support in Contact center system, Telecom channelsLog problems & incidents and the workarounds and also provide resolutionsParticipate in project related to Contact center systems/ Telecom channelsCooperate with other IT departments/ vendors to maintain contact center system, SMS core, network security including operating system, firewalls, routers and switchesBuild and update documents of contact center and Telecom channelsMonitor of upgrading software/ hardware for servers, telecom and other communication devicesUndertake other tasks assigned by line managerREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in IT or related technical areas5+ years’ experiences in Call center administration5+ years’ experiences in Telecom channels administration, database management1+ years’ experiences in network administrationProficient in Call center administration is a mustProficient in Oracle, MS SQL, HTML and ScriptingPrior experience in VMWare, operation system installation and administration will be an advantageProficient in telephone connectivity is a plusTime flexibility
