Skills Required: 5G Wireless Networks Avaya Aura FortiGate SD-WAN:IT IS_CNS_Voice Net-work_CiscoRequired: 10& aboveJob Description:Position Summary• The Senior Telecom Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and delivering complex telecommunications projects across enterprise and carrier environments.• This role ensures successful execution of projects involving voice, data, wireless, unified communications, and network infrastructure solutions.• The Senior Telecom Project Manager acts as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring that project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities• Project Leadership Delivery Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale telecom initiatives, including network upgrades, VoIP rollouts, wireless deployments, fibre installations, and cloud telephony integrations.• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource al-locations.• Monitor project performance and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for internal business units, executive leader-ship, and external vendors.• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and third-party providers.• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate issues proactively.• Financial Risk Management Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reporting.• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, vendor contracts, and regulatory requirements.• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.• Telecom-Specific Responsibilities Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of telecom solutions (CISCO Webex UCaaS and Avaya networks).• Coordinate with carriers and vendors on ser-vice provisioning, SLAs, and escalations.Ensure telecom projects align with enterprise architecture, security policies, and business continuity requirements.• Team Leadership Governance Mentor junior project managers and provide leadership within the PMO. Conduct project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to project governance frame-works, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid), and reporting standards. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).• 8 years of project management experience with at least 5 years in telecommunications or network infrastructure projects.• Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (VoIP, PBX, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, fibre, wireless5G, Avaya, UCaaS).• Proven track record of managing multimillion-dollar telecom programs or complex cross-regional rollouts.
