Mission – Medior Telecom EngineerThe organization manages telephony for a large portion of its beneficiaries, encompassing a dense and diverse ecosystem of over 10,000 workstations. The services include both call-center environments and nomadic (mobile) user profiles.As a Medior Telecom Engineer, you will:Integrate into the existing Telecom team and contribute to daily operational support.Participate in incident resolution, system optimization, and enhancement of Cisco telephony solutions and associated products.Assist senior telecom engineers in the management and delivery of telecom projects.Provide guidance and support to end-users, ensuring efficient use of telephony tools.Simplify and communicate technical concepts effectively, supporting change management initiatives across the organization.3. Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister, monitor, and maintain Cisco telephony infrastructure.Configure and troubleshoot physical phones, softphones, and back-end components (CSS, DP, HP, RP, CPG, etc.).Administer UCCX contact-center solutions, including basic development and configuration.Conduct diagnostics and fault resolution, handling incidents and service requests efficiently.Support telecom-related projects and participate in upgrades or system improvements.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and ensure compliance with operational standards.4. Mandatory Technical Skills1. Cisco Collaboration (CUCM / IM&P / CUC / EXP C-E):System administration (lifecycle monitoring, updates, maintenance)Technical configuration and deployment of endpoints and back-end components2. Contact Center (UCCX):Solution administration and configurationBasic UCCX development knowledge3. Monitoring & Troubleshooting:Fault diagnosis, incident resolution, and management of user requests5. Optional / Preferred Technical SkillsExperience with third-party solutions such as PeterConnects Attendant, MoYoBi/PhonexOne, and RightFaxFamiliarity with ServiceNow for ticketing and workflow managementExperience with Webex for videoconferencingKnowledge of Microsoft SQL Server for data handling and reporting6.
