Telecommunications Project Manager

Project Manager for site moves, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing migrations of hardware, services, and network infrastructure.Main Activities and Tasks:Identify stakeholders for each site move and define dependencies between workstreamsSupport site selection based on company priorities and stakeholder inputCollect requirements and prepare initial budget estimatesCoordinate internal and external teams to ensure projects follow the planCollaborate with other project and line managers to optimize resourcesTrack progress, address deviations, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgetsPrepare periodic project progress, spend, and risk reports for different audiencesDevelop and execute service migration plans with team supportIdentify risks and implement mitigation plansEnsure all site moves comply with Sunrise and industry standardsRequired Education & Trainings:Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)PMP or equivalent project management certification (advantageous)Required Experience:Experience managing complex telecommunications projects Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, negotiating resources, and prioritizing effectivelySpecific Skills & Technical Knowledge:Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environmentsStrong understanding of telecommunications technologies (xWDM, IP, optical & electric cabling, fiber build, rack layout, AC/DC power systems)Fluent in German (B2) and English; Swiss German and/or French are advantageousWhat We Offer:Growth Opportunities: Support for learning and career advancementWork-Life Balance: Flexible hours and hybrid work optionsInclusive Culture: Welcoming, diverse environment where everyone feels valuedGenerous Time Off
