The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. This is a hands-on role where your efforts directly contribute to the growth of the business.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to potential clients and prospects.Build and maintain relationships while accurately recording interactions in the CRM.Qualify leads and pass high-potential opportunities to the sales team.Contribute to database management and ensure data integrity.Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.Provide feedback on market trends and customer insights to improve processes.QualificationsRequired:Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or client engagement.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to work independently in a remote environment.Strong organizational and time management skills.PreferredExperience using CRM systems for tracking and reporting.Knowledge of the industry sector is a plus.Interview ProcessStage 1: Initial call with the Hiring Manager to discuss background, experience, and fit for the role.Stage 2: Practical assessment — a live session with an actor to demonstrate telemarketing and communication skills in a realistic scenario.Stage 3: Final stage involves an assessment (personality test) to better understand candidate strengths and alignment with the role.
