We're looking for a Telemarketer (Outbound Calling & Lead Generation) to join our client's growing team and help drive business success through proactive engagement and professional customer outreach.This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual fluent in English and Mandarin, ready to work with an international client and make a real impact in a dynamic environment.What You'll DoMake outbound calls to business leads provided by the client.Use client-provided CRM systems, VoIP tools (e.g., Aircall), and Excel for lead management.Log call outcomes accurately and update lead information in the CRM.Communicate directly with the client for product knowledge, updates, and instructions.Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service in every interaction.Adhere to data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR).Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.Must-Have QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years of experience in outbound telemarketing, sales, or lead generation.Proven outbound calling experience with excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).Proficiency in CRM and VoIP software (e.g., Aircall or similar).Independent, reliable, and self-motivated — able to work under minimal supervision.Strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness.Nice-to-Have QualificationsPrior B2B calling experience or appointment setting background.Experience with reporting, tracking, and call metrics.Understanding of compliance and professionalism in the finance industry.Ability to adapt quickly and learn new product information with ease.Tools & Systems You'll UseCRM: Client-providedVoIP: Aircall or similar systemsReporting Tools: Excel or other spreadsheet softwareWhat we offerVacation/Casual Leave: 8-16 days per year (based on tenure)Sick Leave: 14-22 days per year (based on tenure)Maternity Leave: 98 days paidPaternity Leave: 7 days paidPublic Holidays: 11 days annually (including 5 national holidays)Upskill Allowance: USD 50/month + free access to Outsourced University programs
