Telephone OperatorLocation: Onsite (Los Jardines, Santiago, RD) $4–$7 USD per hour, depending on experienceOverview: We are seeking two Telephone Operators to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will serve as the first point of contact for clients—managing both inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. You will help ensure customers are connected to the appropriate sales agent or department for further assistance.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls promptly and courteouslyMake outbound calls to follow up with clients, confirm orders, or relay important informationGreet customers, identify their needs, and transfer calls to the correct department or sales representativeRecord and relay accurate messages when necessaryMaintain a polite, friendly, and professional demeanor at all timesAssist with basic administrative or customer support tasks as neededSupport the communication flow between clients, sales teams, and internal departmentsRequirements:Previous experience in telephone operations, customer service, or call center roles (preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent phone etiquette and active listening abilitiesComfortable handling both inbound and outbound callsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer and data entry skillsReliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
