As we rapidly expand, we're seeking a dedicated, hardworking individual to join our vibrant team.About The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate and professional Telephone Survey Interviewer to speak with relatives of residents in aged care facilities. Your role will involve conducting structured telephone surveys, recording responses accurately, and ensuring a positive, respectful experience for participants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful conversations and wants to contribute to improving aged care services across Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephone surveys following provided scripts.Engage with relatives of aged care residents with empathy and professionalism.Record survey responses accurately.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy protocols.Escalate sensitive issues appropriately when necessary.Essential RequirementsExcellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to explain questions clearly and handle emotional conversations sensitively.Prior experience in telephone surveys, customer service, or similar roles preferred.Basic computer skills for data entry and survey recording.Reliable, organized, and able to manage a schedule of calls.Understanding of confidentiality and privacy requirements.PreferredKnowledge of aged care or healthcare sectors.Experience with survey platforms and excel.We ProvideOnboard training.Supportive and professional environment.Opportunity to make a positive impact by gathering valuable feedback for aged care services.Your AvailabilityNine telephone surveys are conducted throughout a 12-month period, each generally running over one to two weeks.
