SummaryWe transport cargo daily to 100+ stations across Asia, working closely with third-party ground handlers. To ensure service quality, our Air Contracts team develops and manages IATA Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA) and works closely with Air Operations for feedback. We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive of Air Contracts to support contract production, monitor compliance, and act as the go-to person for all contract details. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
You will be based at KLIA or other local offices, reporting to the Manager of Air Contracts at HQ. A DAY IN A LIFEAs a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Produce contract documentation and change controls and ensure timely signatures by authorised personnelCollate contract document and proactively gather and process relevant data for effective contract managementDevelop effective working relationships with contractorsAssist with service reviews and actively follow issues through until satisfactory resolutionMonitor supplier's performance against SLAs in relevant contractsParticipate in projects as requiredAct as a back-up to other team members during absence / leave etcAttend relevant meetings as requiredRequirementsMust-Have SkillsAdvanced English (spoken & written)Experience with Air Cargo standards (RFPs, negotiations, contracts)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsConfident communicator, including public speakingQuick thinker, adaptable under pressureHigh attention to detail, integrity, and teamworkProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Willingness to travel Qualifications & ExperienceAt least a diploma, any discipline2-4 years work in the aviation industryUnderstands IATA SGHA rules and regulation
