About UsAt Hyper Playgrounds, we’re redefining what play means for children in Bangladesh.We design curriculum-based movement playgrounds that combine fun, fitness, and learning — powered by Ireland’s globally recognized FMS & LISPA frameworks.Now operating at International School Dhaka and Glenrich International School Uttara, we’re expanding fast and looking for passionate individuals to join our dynamic team.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a Telesales & Business Development Executive who can communicate with parents, schools, and partners, explain the value of Hyper Playgrounds, and convert curiosity into enrollments.If you’re confident, persuasive, and love talking to people, this is the perfect role for you!Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to parents and potential clients to promote Hyper Playgrounds programs.Build rapport with leads, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.Convert leads into confirmed registrations through effective communication and follow-up.Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and feedback in CRM systems.Support on-site events, demos, and corporate partnership activities.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to achieve monthly targets.Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy discussions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations (education or edutainment sector preferred).Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bangla and English.Confident on the phone with a friendly and persuasive tone.Target-driven, energetic, and self-motivated with a growth mindset.What We OfferFixed salary (15,000-20,000 BDT) + performance-based commissions.In-depth training on communication and product knowledge.A fun, purpose-driven environment with a young and energetic team.Opportunity to grow with Bangladesh’s first structured movement playground brand.To Apply:Send your CV to hyperplaygroundsoffice@gmail.comSubject Line: Application for Telesales/ Business Development Executive
