For the past three years, it has been serving both Bangladeshi and international clients with a diverse range of gift items. Our goal is to make every special occasion memorable and to become the preferred choice for our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate professionally with customers via WhatsApp and Messenger.Provide detailed product information and follow up to drive sales.Maintain accurate daily call logs, reports, and customer records.Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and create positive experiences.Collaborate with support and operations teams to ensure smooth interactions.Assist with additional administrative or operational tasks as needed.Report daily activities to the team leader or supervisor.Educational RequirementsHSCBachelor of Business Administration (BBA)Basic Computer KnowledgeSkills Required: Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Market Research, MS Office, Internet Browsing, Telesales , Honest and dedicated, Sales Executive, Quick learner and hard working, MS ExcelExperience RequirementsAt most 2 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hospital,Restaurant,E-commerce,Shop/Showroom,E-commerce Startup,Online Retail Startup,F-commerceFreshers are also encouraged to apply.Job LocationDhaka (Badda)SalaryTk. 10000 - 16000 (Monthly)
