This role involves engaging with students over the phone, providing basic counseling support, and guiding them toward suitable academic programs. You will manage outbound and inbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and assist students throughout the admission process.Key Responsibilities• Manage outbound and inbound calls and follow up on inquiries• Counsel interested candidates through outbound calls• Schedule meetings with counselors• Understand student needs and guide them to appropriate programs• Convert inquiries into admissions through effective communication• Maintain strong English communication and interpersonal skills• Demonstrate verbal fluency and negotiation skills to resolve concerns• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow ups, and conversions• Collaborate with the admissions team to meet monthly targets• Build a supportive and positive connection with studentsOther Facilities• Working hours are negotiable depending on the time slot• Salary includes 12000 Taka with conversion bonus opportunitiesQualification and Skill RequirementsEducation• Bachelor’s degree preferred• University or college students (3rd or 4th year) may also applyAdditional Requirements• Strong communication and phone handling skills• Confidence, patience, and a student friendly attitude• Ability to learn program details quickly• Good listening and problem solving abilitiesCompensationSalary: 12000 Taka per month
