The ideal candidate has prior telesales/inside sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert leads into successful customer engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote Livedin’s services.Respond professionally to inbound leads and inquiries.Understand customer needs, explain product/service offerings clearly, and identify sales opportunities.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.Achieve daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and sales targets.Record all customer interactions, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of converted leads.Maintain high call quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.Requirements1–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, call center, or a similar role.Fluency in Arabic and English (both verbal and written).Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.What We OfferCompetitive salary and monthly incentives.Growth opportunities within a rapidly scaling company.Training on product knowledge and sales best practices.A collaborative and diverse work culture.
