Job Description

Promote and acquire customer for various types of products within the Maybank Group.Achieve and exceed sales performance via up sell and cross sell.Adhere to banking regulations, policies and procedures at all times.Persistently champion the Maybank brand to maximize opportunities and contribute to customer loyalty and retention.Continuously uphold integrity in all customer interactions.To serve effectively and efficiently in meeting customer requirements. Requirements:Degree or Diploma holders from a recognized university, or SPM holders with experience in sales/telesales.Result-driven, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals.Good knowledge in financial and banking products.Team player with initiatives and assertiveness.Strong relationship building, influencing skills and selling skills.Ability to work well with others and build rapport in business situations.Good customer service skills including researching and resolving customer issues.Excellent interpersonal skills.
