Telesales Executive

We have an urgent requirement for Telesales Executive for our client based in Riyadh , Saudi.Telesales Experience Relevant Work Experience Previous telesales/telemarketing experience (preferably with credit cards or financial products) Duration and nature of experience Credit Card Sales Experience Direct experience selling credit cards (priority) Knowledge of credit card features, eligibility criteria, and application process Prepaid Card Sales Experience (Secondary) Experience or knowledge of selling prepaid cardsC. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Verbal Communication Clarity, confidence, and professionalism in speech Persuasion and Selling Skills Ability to handle objections and close sales, especially for credit cards Customer Service Orientation Examples of handling customer queries/complaintsD. Technical And Process Skills Computer Literacy Familiarity with CRM systems, data entry, and MS Office/basic IT skills Call Handling Skills Ability to manage outbound/inbound calls efficientlyE. Work Attitudes & Availability Motivation for Credit Card Sales Role Interest and motivation in selling credit cards and financial products Availability Willingness to work shifts/extended hours if required Teamwork & Adaptability Ability to work in team settings and adapt to changing targets or processesF. Compliance & Integrity Background Checks No criminal record, clear from blacklist/fraud lists References At least 1-2 professional references (from previous supervisors if possible) Credit Card Sales Experience and Skills are top priorities. Probe extensively about prior experience in selling credit cards, knowledge of the product, handling of customer objections, and closing techniques.
