Our mission is to enhance organizational performance through quality education, ethical practices, and global compliance standards.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to promote our professional training services, including IRCA-approved ISO trainings (9001, 14001, 45001), Health & Safety courses, Soft Skills, and Leadership development programs. The ideal candidate will actively engage with corporate clients, HR departments, and individual professionals to generate leads, convert inquiries, and achieve sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clients to promote:IRCA-approved trainings (ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO 45001 OHSMS)Health & Safety coursesSoft Skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, conflict resolution)Leadership & Management development programsUnderstand client training needs and recommend tailored programs accordingly.Handle inbound training-related inquiries and provide accurate information.Generate and qualify leads, schedule training demos or meetings for the sales/training team.Maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure high conversion.Update CRM/database with client details, call logs, and follow-up actions.Collaborate with training coordinators and marketing teams for successful campaign execution.Participate in telesales campaigns and drive monthly promotions.Achieve weekly/monthly telesales KPIs set by management.Assist in organizing training events and ensure timely communication with participants.Build and nurture long-term relationships with HR and L&D departments of client organizations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Minimum 1–2 years experience in telesales or telemarketing (training/certification industry preferred).Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Urdu.Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.Ability to understand training content and communicate value propositions clearly.Familiarity with ISO standards and IRCA certifications is a strong plus.Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets under deadlines.What We OfferCompetitive salary with attractive sales-based incentives.Opportunities for growth in a multinational certification and training company.Continuous learning and development support.Professional work environment with global exposure.
