Job Description

Bringy is expanding its sales team and we're looking for a Telesales Agent to be the voice of Bringy, ensuring clear communication, trust-building and excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers using leads provided by the company.Present and promote Bringy's insurance products in a clear and compelling way.Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable insurance plans.Handle objections professionally and work to close sales effectively.Follow up on leads and maintain active communication with prospects.Accurately record all interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for closed deals.Maintain a high level of knowledge about insurance products and updates.Participate in training and coaching sessions to continuously improve performance.Meeting (and beating!) your sales targets.Qualifications2+ years of telesales experience (insurance background is a must).Excellent communication & persuasion skills.Driven, target-oriented, and resilient.Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.What We Offer:Fixed salary + attractive commission scheme.Structured training and onboarding.A supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for career growth within the sales team.
