Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist based in Islamabad. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell company services, managing inquiries, and building strong client relationships. The Telesales Specialist will maintain accurate customer records, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Additional responsibilities include handling customer follow-ups, offering solutions to queries, and contributing to overall sales strategies.
