The Telesales Supervisor will oversee and guide a team of telesales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring performance, providing team leadership, ensuring a high level of customer service, and implementing effective sales strategies. Additionally, the role involves analyzing sales performance data to identify trends and insights, as well as fostering a positive and productive team environment to drive success. Qualifications Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to engage and build rapport with team members and customers effectively.Strong Team Management and Team Leadership abilities to guide and motivate a telesales team towards achieving success.Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales performance metrics and implement necessary improvements.Previous experience in telesales or a customer service environment, along with familiarity with CRM systems, is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills.
