Teleseller - County Fair

County Fair, a division of Astral Operations Limited has an opportunity for a Teleseller to join their Sales and Marketing team based in Epping.The purpose of the position is to establish strong relationships with retail and wholesale customers to promote and grow the brand of product sales and respond to all inbound sales inquiries.Qualifications and experience required:Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualificationA minimum of 3 years experience in a telesales environmentExperience in the FMCG sector will be a great advantageOther requirements:Fluent in English and an additional official languageAbility to multi-task and have great attention to detailAbility to work in a highly pressurized environmentPunctuality and the ability to work overtime, weekends and public holidays when requiredGood communication and problem solving skills.Ability to work within a team environment with excellent interpersonal skillsComputer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint)Honesty and integrity is a key requirementThe ideal candidate would be responsible for:Establishing strong relationships with Retail and Wholesale customersResponding to all inbound sales queries in a professional mannerEffective administration dutiesPromoting and growing the various product brandsInteracting with existing and new clientsMaintaining a specified customer base and ensuring excellent after sales serviceOrdering of stock to ensure correct product mix at store levelMaintaining good customer service working relationshipEnsuring maximum service levels into storesServicing internal and external customers effectivelyExecuting customer orders into the LN system from the EDI systemAchieve and strive to exceed daily targets set out by the businessCape TownEppingPublished Date: 07 November 2025Closing Date: 21 November 2025
