Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Brand Manager to manage products and Co-ordinate with designers for promotional materialsBuild up and maintain good relationship with agenciesCoordinate with suppliers, designers, and internal teams to manage POSM inventory and availabilityCoordinate with various departments to ensure daily operations are executedMaintain filing system and prepare marketing reportsHandle marketing administrative works including claims and inventory controlOther ad-hoc duties as assignedJob RequirementDiploma or aboveMin 2-3 years or above working experienceProficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, with experience in data analysis and reportingKnowledge of Chinese Word Processing is requiredDetail-oriented, mature, fast learner with good multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and inter-personal skillImmediate availability is preferredWe offer an attractive remuneration package and promising career prospects, including a 5-day work week and medical insurance.
