As a Teller Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our teller area, ensuring accurate and efficient customer transactions while maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.Oversee and manage teller operations, including cash transactions, check deposits, fund transfers, and foreign exchange servicesEnsure compliance with bank policies, operational risk controls, and regulatory requirementsSupervise, coach, and develop teller staff to maintain operational accuracy and consistent service deliveryMonitor and contribute to achieving branch service KPIs, including customer satisfaction metrics and transaction accuracyManage cash limits and exchange positions in accordance with branch authorization standardsConduct regular audits and surprise cash counts to maintain operational integrityPrepare and submit daily, monthly, and quarterly reports on teller operations to branch managementAct as the primary point of escalation for complex transactions and customer inquiriesPromote the bank's digital channels and self-service options to customersEnsure the security of undelivered cards, checkbooks, and sensitive customer informationCollaborate with branch management to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiencyQualificationsBachelor's degree in banking, business, finance, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 3 years in teller operations and supervisory responsibilitiesStrong knowledge of branch operations, cash management, and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team managementProficiency in banking software and systemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentKnowledge of local banking regulations and practices in the UAECustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional serviceAbility to make decisions and handle escalations effectivelyStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask
