Delivery Lead (US)

As a result of our rapid international growth and multiple secured funding rounds, we are now expanding our team and seeking a Delivery Lead to help us become the leaders in #teltech globally!Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for implementing projects with our new and existing customers. You will be part of the Client Delivery team, working cross-functionally and in close cooperation with our development teams, sales, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure our implementations are up to speed.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have solid technical knowledge, good planning, and clear communication skills. You will report directly to the VP of Delivery. Among other things, you will:

Lead client implementations of our technologyIdentify, prioritize, develop, and launch product initiativesCommunicate product plans, context, and results to your teams and the rest of the organizationFollow up on and evaluate releasesWork passionately to ensure you and the team are focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long-term needs, and confidently navigating trade-offsWhat We Look For5+ years of experience working as a Delivery Lead/Technical Product Manager or other similar technical project leader within the Telecom industry.
