We are the first and only brand to formulate using prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics in every product, backed by EWG green ingredients and designed for modern, health-conscious consumers. ⸻Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of product creation, from concept through to manufacturing and market launch.

This role requires deep understanding of skincare formulation, packaging, supply chain coordination, and regulatory compliance. You will work cross-functionally with our R&D labs, manufacturers, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality product execution.

⸻Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development • Drive the ideation, planning, and execution of new product launches and product improvements • Collaborate with R&D labs to guide formula development in line with Teluris’s clean and microbiome-focused standards • Evaluate competitive landscape, ingredient innovations, and consumer trends to inform product pipeline • Create and manage product briefs, timelines, and development milestonesManufacturing Oversight • Serve as the primary point of contact with contract manufacturers (domestic and international) • Oversee production timelines, sampling rounds, quality control, and cost negotiations • Troubleshoot production or formulation issues with labs and vendors • Ensure alignment between product specs, packaging compatibility, and scale-up feasibilityProject Management & Compliance • Maintain detailed project documentation and track progress against deadlines • Ensure all products meet Teluris’s standards for EWG, vegan, cruelty-free, and regulatory requirements • Support CPNP/INCI documentation and testing coordination as needed for global expansion⸻Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Product Development, or related field • 3–6 years of experience in product development within the beauty or skincare industry • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and working with contract manufacturers • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills • Passion for clean beauty, sustainability, and ingredient transparency • Experience working with small to mid-size brands is a plus⸻What We Offer • Opportunity to shape the future of an innovative and purpose-driven beauty brand • Remote work flexibility with autonomy • Direct impact on Teluris’s product pipeline and innovation strategy • Employee discounts and a collaborative, fast-paced culture⸻To ApplyPlease send your resume and a brief cover letter to james.
