Job Description

***Applicants should be available and willing to work on-site and/or from home depending on business needs. ***About the roleAs a Recruitment Intern in Testing, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by managing and overseeing the testing phase for candidates. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient testing process, coordinating appointments, and maintaining a high level of service to candidates. Overseeing day-to-day aspects of standardized testing, proctoring and testing activities conducted, as well as creating reports and analysis to ensure targets and quality are being met. Responsibilities:

Provide service to the candidates in relation to inquiries about their testing processCoordinate testing appointments and ensure that tests are conducted in a proper environment as well as through proper proctoring. Follow up on every candidate to ensure that testing is fully completed and approved before the rest of the recruitment process can continue and validate language levels to ensure approval in our other languages programs Oversee day-to-day aspects of standardized testing, maintaining a vigilant eye on the quality and integrity of the testing process. Proactively coordinate and schedule testing activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Maintain a proper testing environment, addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during testing.
