ResponsibilitiesSourcing for suppliers that will meet the business requirementsBackground check and accreditation of new suppliers Encoding and setting up of supplier profile in the ERP and other system requirements needed to process the requirementsNegotiation of rates/prices which includes benchmarking, market study and other due diligence to ensure that we are getting the best valueProviding detailed reports that will support recommendation to purchase from particular suppliersMonitoring of supplier delivery and performanceManaging feedback and working with stakeholders in resolving issues at the soonest possible timeFunctional competencies Sourcing, negotiation, data analysis, project management, stakeholder and feedback managementQualifications At least 5 years experience in Procurement, college graduate, good network of suppliers locally, preferably with good knowledge on IT requirements.
