Position OverviewTELUS Digital are looking for a commercially-driven, highly organized individual whounderstands Turkey’s manufacturing/export ecosystem—particularly within the home goods space—and can build strong supplier relationships to support our clients global operations The ideal candidate is fluent in both Turkish and English, has experience in supplier onboarding or business development, and is comfortable working independently while collaborating with global teams. This role also serves as a local representative our client in Turkey, building market presence and collaborating with internal teams across North America and Europe to align supplier strategy with their broader goals.

Responsibilities Source and recruit high-potential home goods suppliers in Turkey, with a focus on furniture, décor, textiles, and related categories. Own and manage the supplier acquisition funnel from initial outreach through onboarding completion. Evaluate supplier capabilities against operational, quality, and compliance standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for new suppliers during onboarding, helping them navigate tools, documentation, and listing processes. Educate suppliers on the benefits of Global Selling and help them build sustainable, scalable growth plans on the platform.

Partner with cross-functional global teams; including Integration, Logistics, Category Management, and Curation Brands, to ensure supplier readiness and alignment with product and brand standards. Collaborate across geographies with North America and European category teams to coordinate supplier strategy and performance improvement initiatives. Analyze supplier performance data to identify gaps and opportunities across pricing, shipping, catalog quality, and conversion. Build and maintain strategic relationships with Turkish industry associations, trade offices, and third-party service providers. Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities within the Turkish supplier ecosystem and help shape category-level direction through insights and recommendations.

Support commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers to drive improvements in cost, exclusivity, and service levels. Requirements: 4+ years of experience in business development, sourcing, or account management in the e-commerce, export, or home goods sector. Familiarity with Turkish export ecosystems, supplier networks, and trade regulations. Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English. Proven ability to manage projects and relationships independently. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment with limited structure. Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools. Experience working with international teams or in cross-border commerce.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, international trade, or a related field.
